Day 73 ~ One Year, One Nose
Jasmine grandi
I know, I've already done one like it, but this is an old one from '08, and it's sourced from GRASSE! -- let's just see how it plays out, shall we?
Grasse jasmine, 1% dilution of the concrete, 6 intensity, pale yellow, should be white.
Floral, green, herbal and spicy.
Floral, heady and indolic, sweet, fresh, intoxicating, narcotic but not cloying. Spicy warm with a green/herbal tonality. Reminds me of pots of jasmine blooming on the porch.
Eval ~ 15 minutes-strong floral, sweet, indolic, buttery; 1 hour-smells like the flower itself, fresher, still indolic and heady; 6 hours-scent is greatly reduced however there is a discernible floral/indolic shadow about the scent strip.
