It's Official

Last fall I posted here about the Natural Perfume Academy getting the natural perfume course certified and accredited by the CPD, but it wasn't quite official-official. It is now. Ruth, the course administrator, and webmistress extraordinaire worked diligently from November 2021 until this past Monday (February 7) to be in full compliance with the CPD standards, a monumental task that required learning a host of new skills, as well as requiring loads of time to accomplish it all. In November, they sent us a massive list of issues that needed attention, from the general overall appearance of the course, to accessibility, navigation, policy updates, biographies, course content -- I mean, it was seemingly insurmountable, this list. But she put her head down, took classes to improve her skills when necessary, and got it done. Today we received the official letter of acceptance. We are an official, legitimate educational body for natural perfumery, and anyone taking our course from March 2022 onward will receive a diploma rather than a certificate of completion.  And now we move on to the next big project.
