Bath Time!

I've been inspired by one of my favorite bath 'n body persons (Anastasia) to create these stinky bath bombs ~ again. I used to make (and sell) them by the dozens when I had the Delicia store in the Tower many moons ago. These little puppies -- well, they're not all that little; 10 plus ounces of hoppin', fizzin', stinky bath tub fun -- are really, really potent scent-wise. Each bomb contains 2 tsp of aged patchouli, a few drops of jasmine grandiflorum, a tablespoon (or two) of vanilla extract, a pinch of vetyver, and a tsp of organic jojoba.

I've only just started making them again and these are the prototypes -- are they stinky enough? Do they fizz like a good fizzy should fizz? -- so there're only two listed on the Etsy site at the moment (I used one last night, and the daughter used one this morning . . .)

Check 'em out.

  3. Hi Niktaris! Thank you for your comment. New camera; definitely not the talents of the photographer (me). My daughter is the photographer in the family and she wasn't available for this photo shoot.

Lisa, gotcha! It went out this morning. Let me know what you think, 'k? I'm curious if it's as stinky as I think it is.

  4. Hi Justine~
just in the package the bomb is potent. i will update when i get a chance to take a bath instead of my usual shower.

  5. nice... thanks for sharing...

  6. very fragrant. used half in my average tub and the scent lingered on my skin for hours. nice on the sheets! (had trouble signing in to comment one day so i left this feed back on etsy, now here as promised)
