New Kyphi in the Works

This newly formulated kyphi represents protection and empowerment. It won't be ready for months yet, but I thought it would be nice to see the progression through.

    1. It never ceases to amaze me how kyphi is transformed through the process of drying and 'curing' from this lump of gooey almost bland-smelling clay-stuff to an intensely fragrant perfume. The process of drying has begun and already the true nature of this kyphi is being revealed -- it is deep and warm and spicy sweet, scenting the entire house as it exhales the last bits of moisture from its bones. In the next day or so I must get to shaping the bits or it'll end up being a huge single lump of incense!

Alchemical magick! Someday I will have to try the Kyphi making.

I think that about that in the bottle. How it goes from all sorts of different things, into one thing. A symphony on the skin.

It's always something that makes me smile :)

    3. There's a tutorial at the Academy, maybe when the new course starts in September you can join in with the new students? It's worth every long exhausting hour you put into it.

  2. Did you received the kyphi I did?

    1. Yes, and it was fabulous. I've got all my kyphi incense and kyphi resin gifts in a little box just for kyphi stuff.
