Iapetus - A Moon of Saturn & A Soap from The Scented Djinn

Yes, I fell down another rabbit hole, and the result was an inspiration. Iapetus is a mysterious moon of Saturn. It is often described as appearing like the yin and yang symbol, and it has a cool, and apparently very tall, equatorial line. I guess this would have been better reimagined as a bath bomb rather than a soap, but that lacks, erm, imagination? My version of Iapetus (the soap) will be two colors, dark and light, but it will be the scent that captures the imagination. The lighter layer will be pure rose damascene. The darker layer will be a mix of cedar moss absolute, clary sage, Siam wood, jasmine grandiflorum, and patchouli (always with the patchouli!) and will be colored using black fango. The trick will be in the pour. We'll see how it goes.
